Fatal car accident claims life of Algoa FM director

Tiltmann added, "Bev's warm and friendly personality was one of her memorable characteristics and a major key to her success."

Bev joined Algoa FM in March 1997 and in 2003 she became a director. Last year she was nominated by staff as the staff member who contributed the most to the company's success in 2003. For this honour, Bev was awarded family holiday at a South Africa holiday resorts. She was due to leave for the holiday on Thursday.

Bev is survived by four children, her mother and sister (both from Cape Town) and her father in England.
