Cape Getaway Show has new partner
Cape Town's biggest travel and outdoor expo will in future be known as the Cape Times Getaway Show, following an agreement between Getaway magazine and the morning newspaper that sees the Cape Times become joint sponsor of this annual event.
The partnership extends Getaway's relationship with Independent Newspapers, which has for many years sponsorship the flagship event in Johannesburg under the banner of the Star Getaway Show.
"We regard this agreement as mutually beneficial to both publishers and will see coverage of the Cape show reach an even wider audience," commented Exhibitions Manager Ross Cullingworth.
The 2005 Cape Times Getaway Show takes place at the Cape Town International Convention Centre from 1 - 3 April 2005.
