"The first phase of the redevelopment is already well underway having commenced in April this year," says Wendy Radford, centre manager of Blue Route Mall. "During the redevelopment the mall will remain fully functional and business will continue as per usual. We are fully aware of the parking congestion caused as a result of the recent demolition of the car park. In our attempt to improve parking and traffic flow, we have placed directional signage throughout the car park, employed the services of traffic marshals and placed advertisements detailing the current parking available in local community newspapers."
