Cotlands gets giant helping hand

Group marketing director Foodcorp brands, Julliette Morrison handed over the cheque to Allison Gallo, Cotlands relationship manager: corporate fund development, during a tour of the Cotlands facilities.

Cotlands established a shelter for abused, abandoned, HIV positive, orphaned and terminally ill children from birth to 14 years of age, and were the first to create a paediatric AIDS hospice, offering specialised paediatric palliative care 24 hours a day in South Africa. Cotlands has since extended its services to meet the growing needs of the community and now offer Residential Care Programmes, Outreach Programmes and Training and Capacity Building Programme.

“Cotlands is an outstanding organisation that has changed the lives of many South Africans; Foodcorp acknowledges Cotlands' contribution by means of a donation in an effort to support the local communities in which we operate. Foodcorp has many localised community support initiatives that are driven by the different divisions," says Morrison.
