Springbok journalists recognised by Sasol
The deadline for the Sasol Springbok Media Competition, launched in May this year and aimed at promoting national pride and the love of Springbok rugby, is looming. The R75 000 competition closes on 31 August 2005.
The competition includes three categories:
1) Sasol Springbok Journalist of the Year - Print and Internet - the written word
2) Springbok Photographer of the Year - still photo sports action
3) Sasol Springbok Presenter / Commentator of the Year - the spoken word
All entries can be submitted by individual or nominated by a colleague or peer.
The first judging panel consists of: Dan Retief - Covener, Bokkie Gerber, David Legge, Wessel Oosthuizen, Mike Tissong, Jan Snyman and Francois Pienaar.
