New funding model sought for SABC
NEWSWATCH: The Communications Minister has appointed a team to investigate a new funding model for the cash-strapped national broadcaster, reports IOL. Meanwhile, the Broadcast, Electronic Media and Allied Workers' Union (Bemawu) is concerned the broadcaster may be considering retrenchment of workers as one of its options, reports Business Day.
