Space available with The Ixperience

The Ixperience is a group of independent entities, each a specialist in their own particular field, each a successful operation with their own client base - all housed together in Unit 301 at The Foundry in Cape Town.

Currently the partnership is made up of the following companies:
> Bullseye Promotions: Promotional products
> Carpenter Design: Product promotions, product innovation and development
> Chemistry: Advertising
> Cornerstone Design: Packaging, corporate identity, brochures, and multimedia design
> Echo Loyalty: Brand Health research, loyalty solutions, data management and fulfilment
> Freshly Squeezed: Creative promotional products
> Ideas Network: CRM and direct marketing
> Transform Consultancy: Communications strategy planning, consulting and integration

Due to the growth of both Chemistry and Freshly Squeezed (now four people each), they will be leaving Unit 301 at the end of April. We are therefore looking for three new tenants that would complement the remaining companies.

The office is well situated at the 'right address' in Greenpoint. The monthly lease is R2,300 (excl VAT) per month and includes:

> Office space with desk, credenza, and executive chair
> Share of reception, boardroom, kitchen, and general office space
> 24 hour Internet access (ADSL line)
> Reception and switchboard services
> Electricity and water
> A great buzz and bunch of people

The lease excludes:
> Telephone costs. Each office has its own extension and calls are charged according to the phone
management system.
> Parking. Secure parking is available in the building for between R550 and R600 per month.
