Ogilvy Cape Town wins SA Rugby account

Ogilvy Cape Town has won a three-way pitch to be appointed as the agency of record for SA Rugby and the Lions Tour, it was announced this morning, Tuesday, 9 December 2008. The assignment includes corporate identity, corporate communications, activation and PR around the Lions Tour.

“We are thrilled to be entrusted to work on one of South Africa's real passions,” says Rob Hill, Ogilvy South Africa group managing partner.

“Marketing SA Rugby presents a terrific brand challenge and we are excited about promoting a sport that has shown its potential to unite South Africans and make us truly proud.”
