Joining McCann just after its acquisition by Zwelakhe Sisulu is an important factor to Masebe. “Transformation at the McCann Worldgroup has been a long time coming, and I am looking forward to being apart of it.”

Masebe (34) brings his local and international experience to add to the McCann Erickson (advertising) and Momentum McCann (sales and promotion) teams. The 34-year old comes to McCann from Young & Rubicam, where he held the post of business unit director for the last few years, managing the SABC accounts, comprising SABC Corporate, News, Sport, Education, Audiences and finally, SABC Africa.

During his career, Masebe has also served in a variety of roles as a client with Toyota and as a client with Standard Bank, giving him a clear and first-hand understanding of clients' expectations, which will add value in his role as business unit director.

Newly appointed strategic planner Mthembu describes himself as an analytical thinker who relishes acquiring knowledge. His forte is dissecting information in order to have a deeper understanding and insight into both client's needs and the immediate needs of the job at hand.
