Do you have what it takes to compete in Cannes?
The winning team, which will be announced in April, will be winging their way to Cannes in June 2003 to compete in the International Young Creatives Award, attend a two-day workshop, entrance to the press and poster awards ceremony, view the film short list, attend the Young Creatives party and witness the activities at this year's Cannes International Advertising Festival.
There is also a student section to the CineMARK Young Creatives Competition in which a student team is required to answer the same brief and stands to win CineMARK VIP movie cards entitling them to unlimited free movies for one year.
This year the focus falls on road safety with the brief calling for a print ad for the National Department of Transports Arrive Alive campaign to promote and encourage road safety awareness and adherence. With particular emphasis on road traffic accidents, injuries and fatalities on South African roads
