Executive Assistant

Who are we: We are a South African women-owned pharmaceutical company that develops, manufactures and markets vitamin and mineral supplements for women.
Who are we looking for: We are looking for an assertive, highly organised graduate, with a proven track record, to assist the managing director.
What will you do:
- Minute taking and preparation of agendas
- Preparation of monthly newsletters
- Preparation of weekly themes
- Extensive proofreading
- Online filing
- Preparation of performance reviews
- Organisation and preparation of events and workshops
- General administration duties
- A minimum of five years’ experience as an executive assistant
- Must have an undergraduate degree in commerce, law or similar
- Experience in the Microsoft Office Packages which includes Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Experience in Sage Pastel / bookkeeping
- Expert in letter writing, minute taking and proof reading
- Strong legal knowledge of the South African labour and corporate laws
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisation, problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Fluent in the English Language - written and verbal
- Valid driver's licence, own reliable motor vehicle
