An automotive group based in Johannesburg South is seeking an experienced financial manager to oversee financial operations across 4 dealerships.

As financial manager, you will lead financial oversight of multiple dealerships, ensuring adherence to accounting standards and industry regulations. Your role will be pivotal in financial planning, analysis, and reporting to senior management.

Requirements

• Preferably hold a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Demonstrated expertise in financial management within the automotive sector, ideally at the dealership group level
• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Familiarity with Kerridge/Autoline or Keyloop systems is advantageous
• Strong grasp of accounting principles, financial analysis and reporting
• Excellent mathematical abilities
• Highly organised, adept at managing complex data efficiently
• Creative problem-solving skills

Key responsibilities

• Prepare financial reports
• Conduct financial planning and analysis
• Manage cash flow
• Implement cost control measures
• Ensure internal controls and regulatory compliance
