What are we looking for: We are looking for an organised and detail orientated learning programme coordinator to successfully manage the learning programme.

What will you do:

• Oversee and manage roll-out of the learning programme, including cohort management and enrolments
• Facilitate classroom sessions, including booking of venues, managing attendance registers and coordination of speakers, workbooks and facilities
• Report on participant progress and programme outcomes, measuring and presenting on participant attendance, completion of online modules and feedback on the learning experience
• Provide relevant programme updates to key stakeholders as required, including identifying opportunities for improvement
• Communicate on an ongoing basis to all participants about various learning activities, sending reminders and responding to participant queries, providing support to them as they progress through the learning programme
• Liaise with participants to get their feedback and insights into the programme and their progress through regular reflection sessions

What you need:

• Relevant tertiary qualification
