He is the heartbeat of the Brandlove team in terms of documenting client journeys and capturing ideas on paper as artefacts for the implementation team to use in their project scoping and implementation design. Johan's excellent writing skills and creative communication design enables change management across various client initiatives that Brandlove is responsible for. Together with a team, Johan leads all South African and international research initiatives and have an established network that assists with providing industry information from abroad.
