Angela Madlala joined Ogilvy South Africa as Chief People Officer, in January 2015, with a solid background in integrated talent management. In her 12-year career, she has overseen multiple functional areas, including training and development, recruitment, diversity and organizational effectiveness.
Angela previously held positions at other iconic brands, such as Standard Bank, South African Breweries and Old Mutual.
At O&M, Angela and her team are responsible for driving the agency's talent management strategy across the group's 15 companies and maintaining and further elevating O&M's reputation as the industry's university and leadership academy.
She has a master's degree in industrial psychology and Pan-African experience in strategic, executive, regional and global levels.
