Sunday Times files papers
NEWSWATCH: IOL reported yesterday, Tuesday, 21 August 2007, that the Sunday Times has “served court papers on Health Minister Manto Tshabalala-Msimang's lawyers in response to her application to silence any comment on her medical records”. The newspaper is also contending that publishing allegations of alcohol and power abuses by the health minister forms part of a national debate, writes the Mail & Guardian Online.
