Fish Eagle branding for Melrose Arch
Natural land artist Strijdom van der Merwe's work will be screened in the courtyard at Melrose Arch on the evening of 9 September together with a variety of activities.
Misti Fowler, Flight of the Fish Eagle brand manager, says the Friday evening launch highlight promises to be an unforgettable interactive experience that can be enjoyed by Melrose Arch regulars as well as invited guests, who will be treated to complimentary Fish Eagle cocktails while watching the screening of the artwork.
She says that as part of this branding extravaganza, Flight of the Fish Eagle is inviting Melrose Arch on-consumption venues to participate in a promotion for the two-month duration of the exercise: "The well-designed layout of Melrose Arch with its natural, unhurried flow of activity will allow guests to fully appreciate the art work of one of South Africa's most prolific and internationally respected landscape artists to the accompaniment of great music.
"With a profusion of restaurants to choose from, guests will later move to surrounding venues for dinner, meaning that the footfall through surrounding dining venues is going to be higher than on any normal Friday evening - an added benefit for restaurateurs."
She says that in addition to the launch activity, Flight of the Fish Eagle will be running an ongoing promotion in Melrose Arch venues where one lucky person stands a chance to win a weekend for two at the Melrose Arch Hotel.
"Consumers who purchase a Fish Eagle cocktail from participating venues are given an entry form which is dropped into the Fish Eagle competition entry box with the draw taking place at the end of October," she says.
All participating venues will be supplied with stock as well as branded table talkers, bill covers, competition entry forms, cocktail menus and competition entry boxes.
