New app for field photographers

Send images from anywhere
The newly launched NewsPics app allows them to load the images onto their smart device, put the camera away, edit in Photoshop express or similar and then send high res images, fully captioned, immediately from their position. Even in the tightest of situations as long as they can access their phone or tablet, they can file your images.
The process is even quicker if they are using the built in camera on the phone or tablet. Images can be taken by anyone and supplied from anywhere with only a smartphone. The NewsPics app will embed the image caption in the IPTC files of the image and send the full high res image direct to the ftp server
Available on Android
For trusted staff photographers, the recipient could set the images to upload into a live album, so that within seconds the images are in from the event and available on the wires. For a stringer, the images could be set to upload to a holding folder so they can be edited or verified.
The app is currently available for Android devices, is fully customisable to a business and is available on license for news agencies, media houses and news channels worldwide. The categories, usage disclaimer, icon and ftp paths can be tailored to meet client's requirements. For more information and a demo version, contact az.oc.scipswen@nor or call +27726974005.
