New structure for Avis
Following the recent resignation announcement of Wayne Duvenage from his position as chief executive of Avis Rent a Car South Africa, a management decision has been taken not to replace Duvenage, but to have the position absorbed by Keith Rankin, chief executive of Avis Rent a Car Southern Africa.

Keith Rankin
Rankin, who was also instrumental in appointing Duvenage in 2006 to run the South African business, joined Avis back in 1998 and has held various positions within the group before being appointed into the position of chief executive in 2004.
He is confident that Avis and Duvenage will continue to have a strong relationship and wishes him all the best with his future endeavours.
