Santa's favourites at Toys R Us
Based on global trends, Toys R Us has revealed the latest trends for toys, games and DVDs in its Christmas gifting guide, out now.
Launched last year in South Africa, Chatimals are back this year on list. These soft toys, which mimic what you say and chat back to you, sold more than 10 000 units within four weeks of being launched.
For the girls, Baby Born doll, swimming doll and the vanity table with remote control are sure winners. The boys will enjoy the Crazy Cars Demolition set, Carrera Go Champions, remote control Hovercraft and FastLane monster truck.
Long-time favourite DVD, Lion King featuring Simba and Mufasa is back after a two year absence and PlayStation games PS3 Battlefield 3 and Skylanders Spyro Adventures Starter Pack will keep everyone entertained.
