New DJs add to 93.8FM lineup

The station announced its new lineup, effective 1 March 2012, which will see programming more aligned with the station's positioning coupled with a refreshed and aggressively competitive strategy.
Other names include Cleone Cassidy, one of the first woman DJs on commercial radio, who will present the noon-3pm show during the week and Derek "The Bandit" Richardson (@DerekTheBandit) broadcasting his show from the UK every Saturday at 6pm.
Kaiser's show will be mainly music from the '80s, '90s and early 2000s, with a bit of chat, entertainment reviews and sport.
"Hit-maker philosophy"

"I believe that we have one of Gauteng's best radio lineups with a music format that avoids tiresome rotation and overplay. The station has a hit-maker philosophy where on-air talent enjoys the freedom to entertain our audience. We believe that this is where good radio should be positioned," says programme manager Neil Gundry (@NeilGundry).
This philosophy continues to attract well-known personalities to the station. Gundry adds that the new schedule also ups the ante on its weekend line-up substantially. Speciality and special interest shows are aired after 6pm weekdays with specialist music slots over weekends.
