Uncover secrets, Right2Know public meeting
Communities, organisations and individuals are encouraged to make a public submission about information that they are struggling to access from government or the private sector. Groups in the Western Cape are already lining up to make testimonies about the secrecy in their community, with topics ranging from political party funding and Eskom pricing to housing development and service delivery.
After submissions have been made, all groups will have a strategic discussion on how they can work within the campaign to get access to the information they need.
To attend, email Tinashe (az.gro.k2r@nimda) by Monday 18 April. For more information, call provincial coordinator, Nkwame Cedile on +27 (0)78 227 6008 or go to www.amandla.org.za.
