E-commerce site Takealot.com has revealed what parcels are most likely to be found under your Christmas tree this year, with a media player from the TV, Audio and Video category heading the list. The remainder of the top 10 indicates that kids are priority with 40% of the most-shopped items headed for the smallest stockings on the mantelpiece.

Even though the most popular Christmas gift, the Chromecast Media Player, is found under the TV, Audio and Video tab, the Computer category dominates the Top 100 overall securing the title as Most Popular Christmas Gift Category for 2014.
