The representatives were joined by CSA commercial manager, Richard Glover, CSA youth cricket coordinator, David Mokopanele, and other CSA delegates as well as KFC managing director, Keith Warren, KFC chief marketing officer, David Timm and KFC sponsorship manager, Lauren Turnbull to discuss ways to grow the programme going forward.
Proteas players Makhaya Ntini and AB de Villiers, both past mini cricketers, joined the delegates on the first day and shared their personal stories as to how the programme developed them as players as well as highlighting the important role the coaches play in shaping future players in order to encourage and inspire the audience.
The seminar combined a variety of activities and lectures offering the delegates coaching tips and techniques, motivational speakers and the opportunity to network with peers as well as being rewarded for all their efforts and passion during the year.
