The closing date for entries is Friday 29 January 2010 and the competition is not open to students or professional make-up artists who have been working in the industry for more than seven years.
Competitors stand the opportunity to become the Max Factor ambassador at all events, road shows and in the media for a full year, get a trip to the annual global Max Factor conference (worth approximately R50&bnsp;000) and a make-up kit from Max Factor valued approximately R18 000. The winner also assists on Elle fashion and beauty shoots, receiving credit as well as portfolio pictures.
