#FreshOnTheShelf: New Bos tea, Oh My Goodness, Flora Vegan and Pocket Scotch
Bos Ice Tea: Watermelon and Mint
South African brand, Bos Ice Tea, has launched a new summer flavour: Watermelon and Mint. With only 4 grams of sugar per 100ml, Bos tea is made from organic rooibos, is colourant-free and caffeine-free.

According to flavour house Givaudan, watermelon is the top trending fruit flavour in 2018 and mint, the top trending herb. Add the watermelon pink hue and you've got an Instgrammable summer thirst quencher.
Bos Watermelon and Mint is available in the brand's family packs – the 200ml tetra pack and a 3-litre pack for sharing with family and friends. Available on shelf at all leading retailers.
Johnnie Walker Pocket Scotch
Johnnie Walker's award-winning Scotch, created from single malt and grain whiskies, now comes in portable, pocket-sized packaging.

The Pocket Scotch is a compact new look for Johnnie Walker Red Label and Johnnie Walker Black Label - a 20cl bottle of whisky that fits in one's pocket. It's described as the ideal accessory for taking along to spontaneous summer get-togethers or for sharing with friends at ‘Bring Your Own’ events or festivals.
Johnnie Walker Pocket Scotch Red Label/Black Label is bottled at an ABV of 43% and is available in South Africa at a RSP of R69.00.
Oh My Goodness
Checkers has again expanded its private label Oh My Goodness! range, with the addition of five new kiddies’ convenience meals.

The new additions include:
• Beef Meatballs and Sweet Potato Mash: free-range beef meatballs with tomato sauce and sweet potato mash
• Cheesy Chicken and Mushroom Risotto: risotto with shredded free-range chicken in a cheesy mushroom and cauliflower sauce
• Fish Cakes and Creamy Sweet Potato Mash: sustainably farmed Pangasius fish cakes, with creamy cheese sauce, roasted carrots and sweet potato mash
• Chicken Chipolatas and Potato Wedges: free-range chicken sausages with gravy and roasted potato wedges
• Cheesy Ravioli: cheese-filled durum wheat pasta pockets topped with a cauliflower cheese and tomato sauce
Vegan Flora
Flora’s new vegan spread is 100% plant-based. Although all Flora spreads are made from plant-based oils that come from Sunflower, Canola and Linseed, there is a certain amount of milk present which excluded them from being vegan-friendly.

The new Flora Vegan contains absolutely no dairy, making it suitable for vegans, strict vegetarians and those who are lactose intolerant. It can be enjoyed as a 60% fat spread, used in cooking or baking.
Flora Vegan is available in a 500g tub at a RSP of R29.99.
