CDF's best ads for October 2002

The best ads that appeared in October, as voted by the Creative Directors Forum.

Comments by Matthew Bull (Chairperson) for October 2002 judging:

All in all not a bad month "anall" - see Raj Radio spot.

    OUTDOOR
A strong debate here with jury singing the merits of both the 1st and 2nd place pieces. A strong category, with 3rd place going through to Ad of Year.

    RADIO
    Horrible. Except for the cream.

    MAGAZINE
The simple, impactful idea won over beauty here.

    NEWSPAPER
What a terrific winner. Poignant, impactful work. It will change perceptions of Boys Town.

    TELEVISION
The winner is a classic, exciting piece of work, in contrast to 2nd place - a wild, exciting (as well) campaign.

Start cramming the work in everyone - Loerie deadline is 3 months away.

Herewith the results of the judging of the September 2002 entries. Congratulations to all concerned.
