We are looking for a talented and experienced web designer and developer with an existing portfolio to become a key member of our team of graphic designers and developers. If you are successful in getting the job you will be responsible for creating high-quality websites, ensuring the finished product meets our clients needs and expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Liaising with clients (if required) or working to the briefs provided by our team to provide solutions in website design, functionality and UX principles
• Designing and creating visually appealing, bespoke websites, providing our clients with creative solutions that meet and surpass their varying needs.

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience of building creative, high quality websites working with CMS platforms (WordPress, WooCommerce) and other content management systems
• The skills required to edit and customise WordPress themes to meet the unique needs of each client
• Knowledge of using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, Adobe Creative Suite to enhance your creative designs
• A good understanding of SEO/ PPC/Yoast and web accessibility standards with the ability to ensure that all website content is optimised for search engines and provides a seamless user experience
• An efficient approach to working with responsive designs
• Experience in snagging, multi platform testing, mobile optimisation etc.
• The discipline to perform regular maintenance and updates to existing websites
• The communication skills required to provide technical support to the creative team and clients
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• A genuine interest in technology and the thirst to stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends and technologies
