ARC Panel Workshop Manager

• To manage an organised and profitable approved repair center, delivering high-quality service with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for mentoring and leading all repair center staff.

• Oversee the daily operations of the ARC Panel workshop, including production, repair, and maintenance activities.
• Manage and lead a team of skilled technicians and workers, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Monitor production schedules and workflow to meet deadlines and optimise efficiency.
• Maintain inventory of materials and supplies, ensuring timely ordering and restocking.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards of workmanship.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or challenges that arise in the workshop.
• Prepare and present regular reports on workshop performance, including productivity, quality, and safety metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workshop processes and performance.

• Senior certificate (Grade 12)
• Computer literate (Office suite)
• Valid driver’s licence
• Motor dealership experience / Approved repair centre experience (three years)
• Qualified motor technician (A – certification)
• Management diploma
• Managerial experience within the motor dealership industry / approved repair centre
• An effective understanding of financial budgeting principals
• An effective understanding of the Labour Relations Act. 66 of 1995
• An effective understanding of the Occupational Health and Safety Act. 1993
