Seeking a traffic controller with exceptional organisational skills and project management experience to coordinate the smooth flow of briefs and campaigns from initial stages through to delivery. The role involves providing professional and efficient traffic flow within the agency.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations
• Project management qualification or relevant experience required
• Marketing or related qualification advantageous
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Key responsibilities:

• Create and communicate project plans
• Assign tasks and deadlines to the creative team
• Schedule frequent check-ins with the design and media teams
• Clear roadblocks and escalate challenges when necessary
• Provide status reports to management
• Manage project scope and deliverables
• Daily management of campaigns and briefs
• Schedule and traffic work upon receipt
• Work across multiple projects, ensuring all parties are informed of progress and challenges
• Build effective relationships with designers, media team, and managers
• Ensure sufficient information is available for campaigns through information collection and research
• Collaborate in the weekly creative and planning process
• Plan and implement events and launches as required
