Digital Communications Officer

• A Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, public relations or other any relevant field
• Five-plus years of proven experience in digital communications, marketing, or a any related role, demonstrating successful communications asset creation campaign execution, audience engagement, and ideally, some digital fundraising experience
• Professional experience in web development, communications, social media, and digital campaign management
• Proficiency with content management systems, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Canva
•  Good design and project management skills

• Work closely with the senior communications manager to develop comprehensive digital communications strategies aligned with the organisation's goals and priorities
• Create a dynamic, adaptable organisational content plan that spans various platforms, including social media, website, blogs, and email campaigns, highlighting the organisation's impact, initiatives, and innovations
• Work with the senior communications manager to implement targeted digital engagement campaigns to reach specific audiences and drive desired outcomes, including country-level campaigns and fundraising
• Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of digital communication efforts
• Support the planning and promotion of all events (including project events, webinars, and conferences) to showcase the organisation's health expertise and foster knowledge exchange
