Roles and Responsibility

• Identify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospects to understand their needs and present suitable products or services.
• Provide product demonstrations and detailed information to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Track and report on sales activities and results using CRM software.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
• Participate in sales training programs and team meetings.
