Job description:

Do you love design and illustration? Are you passionate about character design? Are you keen to work with a team of gifted individuals to create entertaining, intriguing and epic content?

We are a creative agency and looking for a conceptional senior art director/designer with exceptional skills and aspiration to grow into a creative director role. 

The ideal candidate is a people person, should have a strong understanding of TTL design principles, a keen eye for detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities: 

• Lead creative sessions for project kick-offs
• Initiate and develop design concepts
• Work with internal teams to generate ideas for pitching and proposals
• Work with the creative team, strategy team, and copywriters to develop concepts and present to management and clients
• Establish creative direction for campaigns
• Manage multiple projects from concept through to completion
• Pitching designs to clients
• Create storyboards for film and animation
• Packaging design
• Corporate brand design
• Quality control on all concepts and projects

Required:

• Possess a thorough understanding of interactive communications and delivery systems, processes, and user interface design as well as industry best practices
• Have a good knowledge of layouts, graphic design for TTL, including branding, print, packaging and web design
• Must understand video / animation Digital elements design and have the ability to storyboard and lead the creative team with your ideas for innovative solutions
• Ability to lead projects from concept to completion. Apply best practices in user interface and interactive design, including image optimisation and site mapping
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite Package software
• Experience with Adobe After Effects and video editing (a plus)
• Knowledge of HTML, UI/UX
• Ability to make evaluative and calculated judgments
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and in writing
• Passion, integrity, and a sense of curiosity
