Mid / Senior Graphic and Web Designer

Key responsibilities

Design

• Create visually appealing corporate identities, from concept to brand manual completion.
• Design engaging digital and print collateral, including editorial layouts, annual reports, corporate stationery, brochures, presentations, and more.
• Ensure artwork is print-ready with meticulous attention to detail.
• Maintain branding consistency across all platforms and adhere to brand guidelines.

Web development

• Design responsive and functional websites with pixel-perfect implementation.
• Optimise designs for user experience (UX) and accessibility standards.

Creative leadership

• Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering creativity.
• Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and technologies, applying innovative approaches to projects.

Minimum requirements (mandatory)

Education

• Degree or diploma in graphic design, web design, visual communication, or a related field.

Experience

• Five to seven years of experience in graphic and web design roles, with a proven portfolio showcasing diverse projects.

Technical skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite on MacOS (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (experience with CMS platforms like WordPress/Elementor is essential).
• Understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices.
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint for presentations.
• Intermediate showreel techniques for dynamic visual presentations (bonus).

Other requirements

• Exceptional creativity and innovative design thinking.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
