Music Administrative Support Intern

The successful candidate will assist with various office tasks, sales order processing, and customer inquiries to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities:
Secretarial duties:
- Maintain and update various administrative records.
- Manage the purchasing and distribution of office consumables and liaise with service providers.
- Arrange and book internal travel as needed.
- Handle dealer inquiries via telephone.
- Process sales orders using Syspro.
- Manage consignment and stock lists.
- Arrange for the collection of orders.
Education:
- Grade 12 qualification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Microsoft certifications and basic computer skills (preferred).
- Experience with Windows operating systems.
- Familiarity with Office 365.
- Strong time management and organisational abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Motivated and positive attitude.
