Do you possess exceptional managerial skills and a drive for success?
Our client is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced new vehicle sales manager to join their team.
Duties and responsibilities
- Strategic management: Oversee all aspects of the new vehicle sales department to ensure the achievement of customer enthusiasm, owner loyalty, and sales and profit goals.
- Marketing strategies: Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to boost passenger vehicle sales and enhance brand visibility.
- Profitability: Manage the department profitably, ensuring a high level of productivity in the passenger vehicle sales department.
- Customer satisfaction: Establish and maintain excellent customer service levels to ensure a high customer satisfaction index (CSI) and foster customer enthusiasm.
- Team leadership: Lead, develop, and motivate the sales team to achieve their highest potential.
- Possess a relevant marketing qualification with at least three years of managerial experience in the automotive industry.
- Demonstrate strong management and self-driven abilities coupled with a high level of integrity.
- Proficient in applying policies and procedures, business operations, marketing, computer knowledge, financial analysis, and customer handling.
