Our client based in Johannesburg North is looking for a parts supervisor to join their team and be part of a dynamic and innovative company at the forefront of the automotive industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full process of after-sale spare parts, including procurement, shipment, customs clearance, warehousing, and sales.
- Conduct detailed management analysis of spare parts and drive continuous improvement.
- Plan monthly after-sale spare parts procurement based on market demand.
- Handle dealer consultations and coordinate solutions for spare parts-related issues.
- Manage payments for local service providers.
- Develop localised aftermarket spare parts and ensure quality standards.
- Stay updated on competitive spare parts policies in the market and implement necessary internal revisions.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration.
- Minimum of five years of experience in parts (advantageous).
- Knowledge of automotive products.
- Strong understanding of automotive product technical knowledge.
- Solid knowledge of automotive structure and functions.
- Ability to collect, analyse, and interpret data accurately.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to train and present information effectively.
