An accounting company in George is growing and looking for a compliance officer/company secretarial officer to join their team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in company services & compliance, especially with CIPC-related tasks
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 
• Knowledge of AccFin / Pastel
• Attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Responsibilities:

• Manage company registrations, annual returns, and updates with CIPC
• Ensure compliance with South African Corporate Legislation
• Maintain statutory registers and prepare required filings
• Submit and update beneficial ownership information
• Communicate with clients and regulatory bodies (SARS / CIPC) to resolve issues
• Maintain and organize company documents and records
