Show profile Hide profile• As a fulltime Events Manager, I am currently responsible for event concept development & implementation, specialise in function co-ordination, client liaison, outsourcing suppliers (caterers, graphic designers, printers, music artists, celebrity Master of Ceremonies, security companies, etc.), finding suitable venues, sponsorship acquisition, creating proposals and presentations, creating and managing budgets, database management (client guest lists, table sales, and suppliers), research, organising CSI's, production assistance, designing of electronic and physical invites, press release contributions, delegating to staff, selling corporate hospitality, monitoring and evaluation, quality assurance and branding. Most of the events that I am involved in, are very high profile and corporate. I am proud to have invited and hosted the Ministers and the President of the Republic of South Africa.
