Working with very small businesses everyday takes one completely out of the books and theory of business and becoming director/manager/owner gives you the real deal of knowledge, experiences and skills that no classroom can offer.
I had the opportunity of starting many offices and businesses. Some of them are grown and they are really big now others are still struggling and the rest have fallen off the road. Each time failure was reported the question was about the lesson and not the start of the business. The pain of failure propelled me into the kind of professional I am today.
