Speaking about her show, she says it's fun and interactive, and she likes the way listeners relate to her and the show. "We have had instances where traditional grown up men would cry, I love it when men understand that they can be weak and still continue to be leaders because admitting your weakness is a strength on its own," says Zookey Zarling.
Other than radio, Zookey Zarling also runs a foundation for the youth that assists displaced children and sex workers called Zookey Zarling Ubuntu Foundation. She also lectures in arts and she develops characters for screenplays and read for publishing houses.
