At the core, I have a passion for recognizing and cultivating the potential in others. With over 3 years in management positions, I am a proven leader with a strong mix of operational, leadership and analytical skills. Improving internal processes and strengthening company culture are two pillars of my success.

I am currently responsible for the operational marketing insights direction of the company. My days are spent conceptualizing the internal strategy for client centricity, sustained growth and success of our business.

In my position of leadership, I was provided the opportunity to really explore my passion through defining and leading a corporate culture shift that focuses on clients. This initiative was in an effort to enhance client centricity, employee engagement and promote collaboration.

Outside of the office, I am passionate about giving back to the community, exploring the outdoors and reading.

At the core of my daily work, I always want to know more , I delve deeper into the responses as I do not accept responses at face value. I engage in the data from all aspects whether it's from business, the market in general or the clients. I question strategy and get myself fully involved. I believe that it's my personal responsibility to connect the client to the product and / or the service and the brand by using various methods of research, that's the gist of my working career. Everything that I work in provides actionable insights, I get involved in multiple disciples in the business daily and do not limit myself to my title. At times, for long periods I work in different sectors of the business and this has helped me to be a well-rounded individual and leader who serves the company and the market at large. I'm constantly on the look trends within the relevant industry, the market at large, the media, social trends and technology influence overall.
