Madhav is completing a Master's Degree in Educational Technology. She is a Head of Programme in IT at the Independent Institute of Education, responsible for researching current industry trends and incorporating these into curriculum development. Other duties include quality assurance of learning material and recruitment of developers, assessors and moderators for course modules. Her vision is to see transformation in learning using ICT tools and technologies Previously, Madhav held positions at SA Breweries, as a Learning and Development Specialist and a Lecturer in Computer Systems at the University of Johannesburg.
