I specialise in enabling individuals and organisations to navigate and manage complex change collaboratively and implement more meaningful and sustainable organisational and social outcomes. I am particularly interested in contributing to positive and sustainable social change in the education and entrepreneurship sectors.
As a manager, I help shape and provide space for people to collaboratively connect and work towards common goals. In a management role I am able to handle the diverse requirements of an organisation's operations. These would include marketing and public relations, business development, people management including HR and recruitment, legal matters and financial and governance oversight. As a facilitator, I design, develop and deliver effective and engaging change management programmes that build change capacity in individuals and organisations. In my role as change management consultant, I support people and organisations in the management of large scale change projects focused on achieving the intended benefits.
I believe in the value of combining collaborative and inclusive approaches with a more structured or programmatic approach: thus ensuring that those who helped design the future and are now motivated to make it happen, are properly supported and held accountable.
