In addition, he focuses on measuring the employee and customer experience, noting the interdependence between the internal culture and external customer experience. Kobus was previously a strategist at Standard Bank and Customer Experience Manager at African Bank. His extensive management consulting experience includes a variety of clients, including mining, retail and government service improvement projects. He holds an Honours degree in Biokinetics and has completed the Management Advancement Programme through WITS Business School.
