Four years later they transferred me to Switzerland to lead their international management services division, where I successfully implemented major transformation initiatives with management teams in 40 countries. Since then I have run global digital startup companies based in Zurich, London, Washington DC, Mauritius and Cape Town. I've worked with sales and marketing teams from retail to hospitality, financial services to FMCG. My past client list includes a big chunk of the Fortune Global 100.
A strategist with truly global, consistently disruptive business development experience, I've always been a disruptive innovator. I pioneered data analysis via early AI expert systems, and created some of the first computer-based learning systems. I have created computer games, patented avatar and virtual world technologies, developed digital sales and marketing techniques, and architected award winning e-learning systems and edtech apps.
I've published several books on strategy, digital business, marketing and sales. I lead workshops in mastering disruption, and provide digital marketing consulting and training services to a wide spectrum of organisations. I'm on the faculty of USB-ED, and I host the Growth Hackers TV talk show. I'm also an Associate of the Centre for Innovative Leadership, and a regular speaker at conferences on digital marketing, disruption, strategy and future tech.
