I consider myself to be an ambitious, goal orientated and driven individual. Reward or praise means less to me than a job well done. As a team player I enjoy engaging with a variety of people and I am aware of the importance of people relationships in the business environment.
My self-driven nature, my confidence and my ability to motivate myself and those around me make me distinctive. As a powerful speaker, motivating others comes naturally and I believe that with motivation there are no limits or boundaries to ones future or abilities.
Therefore I will take on a challenge and see it through to the end.
The most important qualities that I believe in are, to believe in yourself and visualize what you want to achieve. Be prepared to work hard for long periods of time, no matter what the job entails.
During the last 20 years I have been involved in a number of business sectors such as, financial, telecommunication as well as Online media & advertising industries.
My core strengths are helping brands with business development, market expansion opportunities, overall business planning and market strategy as well as emerging business markets and strategy planning.
I have built up teams for a number of organizations and also launched a mobile platform for one of South Africa's leading newspaper groups, enabling client loyalty and creating "added value" through strategically targeted business development.
I have recently concluded global business deals with companies like eBay, Google, Telegraph, Sky Media and Microsoft in 37 countries.
I am very aware of the importance of people relationships in the business environment in order to deliver on the overall business strategy.
