I work very well with others and I am always open to hearing other opinions. Being part of management at my job I had to deal with people when they did good work as well as deal with them when they did bad work. I have always seen myself as approachable and likeable by others. My optimistic outlook on life helps me get close to people and people are comfortable with me. I love to work and give 100% for everything needed from me.
