Coinciding with Mandela Day, the SABC Touching Lives programme has partnered with the Hillsong Africa Foundation and the Department of Correctional Services to construct brand new living quarters for the Tembaletu School for Disabled in Gugulethu. Monday 18 July 2011, will saw the first 40 learners from the school move into the new quarters and begin a brand new chapter.
