The Valentine's issue of Heat posted a new all-time sales record of 83 414 copies, its fifth sales target shattered since December. heat's circulation performance can be ascribed to three factors, according to publisher Kim Browne: "Innovation, Innovation, Innovation." heat's Valentine's issue sale came on the back of a special price-off promotion offering consumers a saving of R5 off the usual cover price of R14.95.
